A screw oil making machine is a machine that squeezes the oil components contained in the oil crops. It is a stainless steel oil machine with one screw. How to install an oil making machine?
- 榨油机应安装在足够的空间内。
- 将机器和滤油器水平放置。
- 安装完毕后，应将0.5-1m的地线连接到机器上，其间的间隙为3-5m。

1、工作前请仔细阅读说明书。
2、榨油机开机前应进行全面检查，如紧固件无松动、手柄转动灵活、用手转动皮带轮等。各工作部件应正常，然后向变速箱添加润滑油。
3、操作者松开锁紧螺母，逆时针旋转调节螺杆，使螺杆锥面与油渣闭合。然后将调节螺钉顺时针旋转2-3mm，然后旋转锁紧螺母即可启动榨油机。

4、打开电箱门。合上箱内空气开关（置于合理位置），即接通整台榨油机电源。
5、将榨油机温度调节至150200℃（根据不同原料有所不同）。然后打开总加热开关对机器进行加热，此时温控器绿灯亮。当机器温度达到要求时红灯亮。机器温度自动设定并保持在设定范围内。
6、喂料要保持均匀。残油厚度一般控制在0.5-2mm。油渣应光滑，保证低压段基本无渣。高压段可有少量油渣存在，但油渣在油中所占比例不大于10%。压制部分内部温度可达105200℃，油渣出口冒绿烟需通过防护罩排出。残油应及时摊开。当工作时间较长、机器温度过高时，应采用风机降温（螺旋榨油机连续工作时加热器可停止工作）。

7、按下前进按钮，主机开始运行。丝杠轴的旋转方向应为逆时针方向。
8、当挤出的油流到滤油上时，首先应检查真空泵电机转动是否正确。当按下真空泵按钮时，真空泵开始运行。滤油箱内的空气被抽出，桶内形成负压。油自然流入滤筒，油渣被隔离在滤布上。压制完成后，停止真空泵。打开滤油放空阀，滤布上形成干渣。用刮刀刮去干燥物（桶内形成负压则刮不掉）。
9、停机前禁止进料，并调整油渣间隙。废料排出后，油渣不再排放。调节螺钉顺利旋出1-3圈。最后切断电源。
