De-oiling machine application

The de-oiling machine is mainly used for dewatering or de-oiling units or individuals. The de-oiling machine has completely replaced the hard and laborious manual work. The machine is efficient and easy to operate. The mechanical de-oiling is of a processing speed tripled that of manual, and it really saves time, cost, and labor. This semi-automatic deoiling machine is always used in the potato chips production line.

De-oiling machine working principle

The dehydrator, de-oiling, and de-watering machine are technically supported by the centrifugal method. The inner de-oiling de-watering barrel is driven by an electric motor, during which, at a high speed rotating the water on the surface of raw material through centrifugal motion is spattered away through holes on the inner wall of the de-watering tank, so as to achieve the ideal dehydration effect.

ゴム製緩衝装置を備えた脱水機は、脱水ドラム内の偏荷重による振動による損傷を回避できます。エンクロージャーはステンレス鋼製、シャーシは鋳鉄製、アウトレットパイプはバレル側面にあり、ベースフットベースとコラムフット材質は鋳鉄です。

スピンドルシステムは高品質のスチール製で、2 つのベアリングが装備されており、下端のスラストボールベアリングで支持されているため、摩耗が軽減され、電力が節約されます。脱水機はタイムコントローラーを採用し、原料の脱水要件に応じて自由に設定できる作業時間を制御します。

Maintenance of deoiling machine

1. オペレータは脱水機の構造、性能、操作方法を熟知している必要があります。
2. 激しい振動を避けるために原料を均等に供給してください。
3. 事故を避けるため、通常の操作中はトップカバーを開けないでください。
4. 作業中の事故を避けるため、トップカバーの上には物を置かないでください。
5. 半年ごとに定期メンテナンスを実施し、機械部品に新しいバターを塗布します。
6. 機械は接地する必要があります。
