Steps for processing clean vegetables and fruits
Lifting the raw materials
First of all, we need to add the vegetables or fruits that need to be washed to the automatic elevator one after another. The elevator will transport them to the bubble washer for cleaning at a uniform speed. The conveying speed of the elevator can be adjusted according to the processing needs.
Vegetable & fruit washing
The vortex generator below the cleaning tank of the air bubble washer generates a large number of bubbles in the water for fast cleaning of fruits and vegetables. There is also a surfing device at the end of the bubble washer, which can continuously make the material tumble forward. The cleaning process does not cause any damage to the raw material.
Impurities removing
After cleaning by the bubble washing machine, an impurity removal machine can be used for further cleaning of fruits and vegetables, etc. This impurity removal machine has multiple hair rollers, which can clean off the surface of fruits and vegetables that are difficult to clean off the hair or sand and stones.
Air drying
The air dryer has multiple sets of powerful fans to quickly dry the water droplets on the surface of fruits and vegetables. After air drying, the fruits and vegetables can be further packaged or graded.
